Eugene de Ribeaux

President & CEO

PTG’s CEO, Eugene de Ribeaux, is passionate about delivering high-quality, high-impact IT and human capital solutions and services to PTG’s public- and private-sector clients. His goal is to help clients maximize their investment dollars and achieve positive change in organizational performance, while at the same time using his servant-leadership skills to build a friendly work environment at PTG that aims to bring out the best in its valued employees. He joined PTG in 2003, bringing nearly 20 years of software development and project management experience to the company, and took over at the helm as president and CEO in 2009. Originally focused on providing top-of-the-line training data collection and evaluation, Eugene is certified in leading evaluation methodologies (Phillips, Kirkpatrick) and has conducted evaluation strategy and planning sessions, overseen long-term evaluation program efforts, and consulted on evaluation impact and ROI analysis exercises in government, private-sector, and nonprofit areas. Under his leadership, PTG has expanded its offerings beyond training evaluation to encompass a broader suite of workforce modernization, IT services, and program management support. He contributes as an active member of industry groups such as the Federal Government Training Officers Consortium and is a graduate of the Small Business Administration’s 2021 Emerging Leaders program. Eugene received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s R.H. School of Business. He has applied both his experience and education in guiding PTG to be a trusted partner in Federal Government and private-sector settings.
